Choir Pov (Khmer: ជ័រ ពៅ), born in 1998 in Kampong Thom Province is a professional Kun Khmer widely celebrated for his sharp elbow and knee strikes, which have earned him a fearsome nickname “Nak Leng Kaeng Chhok” roughly translated as the fighter with flashing elbow.
Training at Kun Khmer Daun Ta Gym under the mentorship of Master Khim Socheat, Choir Pov has honed his skills and established himself as one of the promising fighters although his name seems to be less heard recently due to long break from injury.
Despite suffering a severe injury—a broken nose—during a match against Japanese fighter Soichiro Arata, which sidelined him for months, Choir Pov came back stronger.
Since his comeback, Choir has continued to shine, securing victories in all but one fight after his recovery. His grit and skill have solidified his status as a respected and admired figure in Kun Khmer.

CAUTION: The fight records of Kun Khmer Fighters have been inconsistent across TV stations. Therefore, instead of relying on the records displayed by individual broadcasters, I maintain an independent tally. I add one to the total after each new fight to ensure consistency. |
