Em Lengly

    Leng Ly (Khmer: ឯម ឡេងលី), currently known as Lengly Kun Khmer born in 1994, is a professional Kun Khmer fighter from Kampong Cham Province. Known for his remarkable win-to-TKO ratio, Lengly has carved a niche for himself in Cambodia’s Kun Khmer scene, despite the challenges he faced along the way.

    Early Life and Entry into Kun Khmer

    Em Lengly’s journey into Kun Khmer began with a fervent passion for the martial art. Despite his family’s initial concerns about the dangers of the sport, Lengly pursued his passion with determination. Leaving his hometown without divulging his intentions to his parents, he ventured to Phnom Penh in search of a gym to train in Kun Khmer. His perseverance led him to discover a gym where he was welcomed by the late Master Em Chansophal. Recognizing Lengly’s potential, Master Chansophal took him under his wing, and just two weeks into his training, Lengly secured his first match. His victory by TKO in the third round marked the beginning of an inspiring journey.

    Throughout his career, Lengly faced moments of doubt and contemplation of leaving the ring. However, fueled by his passion and spurred on by his past achievements, he persevered.
