Soth Kevin (Khmer: សូត្រ ខេវិន), born 2001, also known by the nickname “Me Toip Rong” (lit. “Second-in-Command”), is a Kun Khmer fighter from Phnom Penh. He is known for his aggressive fighting style and his success in international competitions.
Kevin began training in Kun Khmer at the Baksey Slab Daek gym under the guidance of his elder brother, Soth Bunthy, who is also an experienced Kun Khmer fighter. Despite initially remaining relatively unknown in the Cambodian combat sports scene, Kevin gradually gained recognition through his performances in regional tournaments and overseas events.
He rose to wider prominence after defeating Thai fighter Johnny by decision to capture the I-One Supreme Champion belt in the 65-kilogram division at the I-1 event in Hong Kong on 4 September 2025. The victory marked Kevin’s first appearance in Hong Kong and his first international championship title in the territory.
Prior to the Hong Kong title victory, Kevin had already achieved success abroad. In November 2024, he won the Super Muay championship belt in Malaysia after knocking out local fighter Hakim in the first round with an elbow strike. The victory was considered one of several important achievements for Cambodian Kun Khmer fighters competing internationally during that period.
On 24 May 2026, Kevin became the Ganzberg Gold Medal Tour Kun Khmer champion after competing in two bouts on the same fight night hosted by BTV. He secured a technical knockout victory against an Uzbek fighter in the opening bout before defeating the experienced Chan Bunhoeun by split decision in the final.
Kevin is regarded as part of a younger generation of Cambodian fighters helping promote Kun Khmer on the international stage through competitions in countries such as Hong Kong, Malaysia, and France.

| NOTE: Fight records of Kun Khmer fighters vary across TV stations. Therefore, I maintain an independent tally, adding one after each new fight to ensure consistency. These statistics include bouts under all rules such as Kun Khmer, Mas Fight, MMA, and Kickboxing and at all levels, including amateur fights, as Kun Khmer has historically lacked a standardized recording system. As a result, totals may appear higher than those of some international fighters, whose records often include only professional bouts. | |
